Cape May - I want to thank the Herald for printing my spout off comments about issues which I believe are important. I only started submitting spout off comments after sending several letters and emails to the mayor and city council members of Cape May. None of my correspondence to these officials were ever answered or acknowledged despite including my name, address, phone number, and email address. I continue to send letters to these officials without response.
