Cape May - I walk twice a day on the seawall for exercise. While walking, people walk their dogs without poop bags, even though this is not permitted during the present time. Dog feces have been kicked into the sand or left on the sidewalk. Let the bicycle police remind people that dogs are not allowed, unless service dogs, on seawall or the Washington Street Mall. The town needs to put up dog poop bags and receptacles. I know the town doesn't want to upset tourists, but residents don't want to walk in it or around it either. I have three rescues and carry bags.
