I visited the Madison Avenue park with some out of town friends

Cape May - I visited the Madison Avenue park with some out of town friends and was appalled by the condition. The rock barrier around the pond covered in weeds, not ADA compliant, goose poop. Just generally unkept. Not to mention the ugly and huge sign on the tennis courts. Is that allowed under the sign ordinance??
