I think it's wonderful that Cape May is part of "Tree City, USA"

Cape May - I think it's wonderful that Cape May is part of "Tree City, USA". But why on Earth would the city knowingly plant trees in spots that will cause overhead electrical wire issues, cracking cement that taxpayers are responsible to repair, and out of town contracts for trimming? Maybe the city should employ a certified arborist instead of tree-hugging wannabes.
