Cape May - I saw a Cape May police officer standing on Beach Drive June 16, staring at a meter waiting for the time to run out. He was sipping on a slushy and checking his phone. Isn’t it his responsibility to enforce what was happening across the street? I witnessed four people riding bikes on the promenade and two skateboarders. I spotted more than one dog being walked on the promenade.
