Cape May - I own a second home in Cape May and made it down to check my property after the snowstorm. I cleared my driveway and sidewalk as soon as I arrived. My "year-round" neighbors on both sides of me and across the street did nothing to clear their properties of the snow. Being a responsible homeowner goes both ways, local and non-local.
