Cape May - I heard the other day a person saying if people were carrying guns, it would be like the wild, wild west. Then why is it in some areas where the crime rate is at its lowest? It's open carry, would you go rob a convenience store knowing the person behind the counter was packing also? No. Chicago and Baltimore have the "strictest" gun laws in the nation and where are the most shootings by "illegal" weapons and criminals?
