Cape May - I have noticed the parking for 'resident owners only' now have a permit to hang on any cars' rear view mirror. In the past, they have had a bumper sticker designated for one vehicle only. So now they can use these hangers for multiple vehicles. Hotels can offer these to any of their renters. Originally they had placards to put on dashboards that allowed this, then stickers and now back to the old system. They should do away with the whole thing. There are enough parking problems in Cape May already.
