Cape May - I have to laugh people who have zero experience dealing with disasters are comparing Biden's response in North Carolina to Trump's response in Puerto Rico. The major difference is despite some roads in NC being blocked they have alternate routes. The roads in Puerto Rico couldn't be cleared quickly. Secondly the Governor of NC went to the president with a clear list of needs to help his state. The Mayor of San Juan had no clue what she was doing. Pallets of supplies sat at the airport for five days. The feds respond to disasters however it's up to states and cities to do the planning!
