I go to the beach by a motel, to my disappointment the motel set

Cape May - I go to the beach by a motel, to my disappointment the motel set up more than fifty chairs before 10am. How is this allowed, they don’t own the beach. Does the town have employees working on holidays to enforce? If not they should. I saw the motels down the beach doing the same thing. It feels like the city has no leadership with all the shenanigans I witnessed over the weekend. May be time to sell my second home and leave this crumbling city behind.
