I don't understand our Governer's thinking by limiting magazine

Cape May - I don't understand our Governer's thinking by limiting magazine capacity to 10 rounds in "any" gun. It's like saying I'm gonna only run over 10 people with my car verses more. If a criminal wants to, he's gonna carry many magazines he or she is "surely" not going to care about a "law"! I haven't heard of 1 "large capacity" magazine being turned in by any criminals yet, have you? I don't really care much for guns, but I will say his reasoning is only hurting law-abiding folks. Oh I know the cliché, why do you need more then 10 rounds. "Why do you care" if I'm not hurting anyone?
