Cape May - I did not know that local baby parades were so competitive. Every one I attended saw the same sister (Dorothy and spinning tornado float) and brother (with his chuck wagon campfire float) winning. Kudos dad for your craftsmanship, but how about giving the rest of the folks a chance?
