Cape May - I couldn't believe my eyes when I read a spout suggesting a recall for Mullock and Sheehan. What are they, nuts? The two of them represent the only sanity on Cape May City Council. I thank them, on behalf of all of us, taxpayers, for trying to keep a handle on the outlandish city engineer's bills, etc.
