Cape May - I can't believe that the retired prosecutor thinks he should get credit for 21 years of part-time service for municipal courts. Most towns normally have prosecutors or judges work one day a week for their court hearings. Even if he worked for three towns a week that is still part-time. He can't compare that time the same as for a full-time job with the county. Didn't he also work as a private lawyer during that time? With his thinking, couldn't a city lifeguard work 20 summers and then get a job with the county? Then after five more years get a pension or health benefits from the county?
