Cape May - I believe many of the voters expected the new mayor to make some sweeping changes in government. Yet, the mayor rehired the same law firm as the city attorney. Same planning board attorney and engineer. The new city manager is a career politician. You would think a young city planner college graduate could be hired at half the salary. Nothing changes in CM.
