I agree with the spouter from Cape May: We do not need a park.

Cape May - I agree with the spouter from Cape May: We do not need a park. We need parking! People come to Cape May for the beach, not to walk around a park. It will just be another way to waste taxpayer money, not only to construct, but it will need additional police to patrol, additional maintenance workers to cut the grass and maintain, etc. Why doesn't Cape May council just build a parking lot and fix up Washington and Lafayette Streets? The main streets in and out of the city are a disaster and not welcoming.
