I agree with the spout regarding people driving in the left lane

Cape May - I agree with the spout regarding people driving in the left lane. It is out of control on the Parkway. They are usually doing the speed limit or below. Do they look in the rear view mirror and see the line of 20 cars behind them? It is dangerous as it causes people to be jammed up, follow too close, and make risky passing moves to get around. It is state law to keep right and pass left. The state needs to put more signage reminding drivers of the law.
