Cape May - I agree with the Cape May spouter about rules for houses. One can but another can't. Some people need to raise their homes for flood elevation purposes, i.e., a flood insurance policy. Also, you most likely can't just tear down your house and put in the windows you want. You would have to stay within your footprint and get approvals. People are still trying to figure out how those condos on Washington Street got approved.
