Cape May - How come NJ’s “medical” cannabis program is designed to prioritize the needs of able-bodied addicts? It was bad enough that less than 1 in 10 products there actually treats severe pain, w/ the rest only providing a recreational “high” w/ no medical value. But now that they’ve added opioid use disorder as a qualifying condition, all any able-bodied “patient” has to do to qualify is tell the doc they’re on heroin and they’re in. The few items that work for pain are all first come first serve, and the stores are all an hour+ drive from CM.
