Cape May - Here they go again. The powers in Trenton have given the electric companies a bailout for their nuclear plants. What does that mean for the taxpayers' higher electric bills, since we will be paying for the bailout? It would help if they would stop trying to follow New York or Illinois and consider the taxpayers of New Jersey.
