Cape May - He hasn't taken credit, but my guess is the current mayor had his hand in making decisions on the new Cape May school playground. Doesn't make any sense - knee-high concrete walls and hard corners for elementary school students; seems like another feather debacle in his hat. Who will he sue next, the architect? The contractor? 3rd graders? Temple University? Nothing surprises me with this guy in office.
