Cape May - Great move Cape May City Council ... reduce the speed limit... What brilliant thinking. Would not a better approach be to enforce the current speed limits? What about the bikes that completely ignore all known rules of the road? That needs enforcement too. The speed limit change is just a piece of feel-good legislation from an council unwilling to address the real traffic issues.
