Golf carts, personal or rented, you are supposed to obey the law

Cape May - Golf carts, personal or rented, you are supposed to obey the laws of a motor vehicle and streets. You cannot go down a one-way street the opposite way, and if someone tells you that you are going the wrong way, don't put your middle finger up because when I back out and hit you, it will be your fault for going down a one-way street.
