Cape May - Get ready for the masses to get here when Cape May City allows dogs on the mall and on the beach anytime. Hope they plan on hiring a few people to clean up after them, because anyone staying for a weekend won't do it and poop will be all over the mall. The town will literally go to the dogs if this goes through.
