On busy December weekends, I suggest you leave the street intersection lights working and not just blinking red and yellow, especially at night. You have lots of people walking as well as horse carriages (and some Elves that had a few). I think it would make things a little safer, Also, this one is for all police departments, the LED flashing lights on police cars can be brutally bright for some people. I understand the importance, but it would be nice if you had a high/low intensity button to use depending on the circumstances.
