Cape May - As a former supervisor... when I got ill/sick, I would not prolong my convalescence and would return to work as soon as possible. When my employees got sick, I expected the same from them. I viewed my actions as setting the example. There were some employees who felt that disability time-off was an entitlement, and would milk it out for all its worth. I’m glad our President has shown leadership and has set the example.
