Cape May - A few times each week, usually at night, I walk the beautiful CM promenade, sidewalks, streets, parks and Washington Mall! However, why is everything so White and Bright? Approx 95% are just plain basic bland white, and all poorly strung. Where are the festive and seasonal holiday reds, greens, blues and yellows? Rotary Park and Washington Mall look like a county fair parking lot. Congress Hall is the only place that has a big colorful Christmas tree outside and many others inside.
