Cape May - The federal court did not throw out any type of bathroom law in Virginia. Instead, the appeals court in VA remanded a case about the NC law back to the federal district court for further consideration. There has been no holding that the law is unconstitutional and the law has not been "dismissed." There also has not been a VA law passed by that legislature or challenged in the courts. Also, I do not find it "refreshing" that Trump says "do whatever you want." What's the big deal? Go to the bathroom you're supposed to go in, like people have been doing for years. Why is this an issue?
