Cape May - Eustace Mita’s grandiose 7 (or 8) storey hotel and parking garage plan for Cape May’s beachfront (where a 1 storey structure has previously existed) should be up for public debate and a referendum by the voters. Does Mita plan on showing his “love” for Cape May by funding a new large capacity, state of the art water and sewage system? What plans does he have for mitigating the damage he plans on doing to our beloved town and to his neighbors? Don’t be fooled by the “dreamy watercolor” illustrations. Mr. Mita, take your project to Atlantic City where it will fit in.
