Does the security guard have a schedule (a curriculum) to follow

Cape May - Does the security guard have a schedule (a curriculum) to follow or does administration think security guards come pre-programmed? Cape May City Elementary hired one last year, and he started out great. Walking the halls, on the playground for recess and engaging with the students. Things are a lot more relaxed now and that probably isn't good.
