Cape May - Do homeowners and renters know that there is an ordinance in Cape May that dogs must be contained on a leash or fence? I was walking my dog on Trenton Ave. early in the morning and a large golden retriever viciously charged at my dog. Fortunately, nothing happened as I was able to cross the street in time. The owner was there and seemed unconcerned. Please be more considerate of your neighbors!
