Cape May - Deputy Mayor Hendricks needs manners and deportment instructions and training. This was evident at the 6-2-20 City Council ZOOM Meeting. She demonstrated contempt for 2 of her colleagues, obnoxious disregard for their opinions, rude body language, making distorted faces close to the zoom camera making deplorable gestures when the public was called in to express ideas. Add to that the flipping of the hair demonstrating arrogrance and superiority.
