Current library location is the perfect space for a multi level

Cape May - Current library location is the perfect space for a multi level garage. It's in the middle of town with other three story buildings. City Council really needs a task force to survey residents and non residents to decide what to do with this valuable parcel of land ? Sorry, but our of towners shouldn't have a say into what the building's future entails.
