Cape May - To the CM Spouter who “schooled”us on our civic responsibility it seems that you are personally vested, perhaps either a city employee or elected official. While we each must be responsible citizens your condescending and demeaning tone demonstrates your lack of tolerance and empathy. I hope that you are in fact not associated with city leadership because you don’t think too highly of those you serve. I can’t imagine what you say about citizens of the city privately if you believe “lecturing” people in this forum is a positive way to communicate.
