Cape May - The CM residents/taxpayers did not have any opportunity to approve or reject the arches or the loud speakers sticking out of the beach. They are ugly, out of character with the current city, residents and visitors. Guaranteed there will be a fight if the mayor tries to force more arches on the promenade.
