Cape May - To the City of Cape May. If I am putting money in a meter whether it be on the beach or at the Washington Street Mall. You cannot tell someone where they can park if they paid for the spot. And this MTRAC nonsense about going around town to see who has driveways and how many spots they have, do you know many people have multiple cars and park in driveways and then use the off street. Also, do not utilize their driveway and park all their cars in the street. How are you going to stop that from happening?
