In keeping with that goal, it seems that Convention Hall on the promenade should serve as a welcome center for visitors and residents, yet, I've never seen such an unfriendly group receptionists at the front desk. They really need to develop a people skill training program for their emplyees. It's like you're tresspassing when you walk in there.
