To the Cape May spouter who complained about the traffic lights

Cape May - To the Cape May spouter who complained about the traffic lights and walk-don’t walk signals at Ocean and Washington, I’ve stood there a few times and could not see clear signals. My eyesight is OK and I can read. Mayor and City Manager need to hot foot it over there and give it a look. Some adjustment is needed!
