Cape May - To a Cape May spouter and his/her comment on homeowners not clearing the sidewalks after a snow storm: Some of us are not year-round residents and cannot be there to clear the walkways after a very rare snow event. When I do come down in the off-season, I rarely see anyone walking past my home on a clear, dry day. Not a big issue in my eyes.
