Cape May - To a Cape May spouter and his comment on summer/weekend homeowners who fail to remove snow from their sidewalks within 24 hours of a snowstorm should be fined, you are out of line. Many of my year round neighbors fail to remove their snow from their sidewalks and there have been several occasions, including recently when my wife and I arrived at our weekend home, we cleared our sidewalk and driveway and our 'local' neighbors did nothing the entire weekend. Next time, instead of complaining, be a good neighbor and clear your sidewalk.
