Cape May - Cape May should fix its parking meter situation. Every time I come into town and park in a metered spot, the meter is not in working order. Usually, it is full. My last time at the beach, five parking spots all yielded the same result. It forces one to use the Park Mobile app which charges $0.60 for 15 minutes. It's rather unacceptable to force meters and then not maintain them. Are they looking to ticket all beachgoers, locals included? Make it impossible to park? Make more money? If a ticket is written, one should not have to pay.
