Cape May - The Cape May rant on the position of the bollards near the Cove Beach. Hmm. One has already been broken, and the summer masses aren't even here yet! While the city is replacing the bollard, they need to adjust the N S E W letters on the shower pole! A 90* turn will do the trick.
