Cape May - Cape May Police, how many tickets do you give to bicycle riders that do not follow the laws? Last year, I was parked at the red light in front of George's and a bicycle came along the side and swiped my car and kept going. Don't they have to follow the laws like drivers? I watch the police watch bicycles go in the opposite direction on a one-way street and they do nothing about it, but they're quick to give you a ticket if you have a parking meter that expired.
