Cape May - Cape May is literally out of control. Construction landscaping vehicles allowed to park in travel lanes, park facing on coming traffic. These vehicles line nearly every street. Golf carts or LSV over loaded and small children not in car seats and open alcohol containers etc. Why are they being allowed to violate local and State statutes? Will it take a tragedy? Police chief and City Manager please do your job and address this.
