Cape May - Cape May is going to hire a surf instructor. When will they realistically address the SurfZone nightmare. Mother Nature continues to send a message…stop wasting money with replenishments. She takes sand back to sea as quick as cities pump it to their beaches. The liability of an instructor will be monumental if someone is hurt surfing.Leave surfing lessons to those professionals that know what they’re doing. The beach safety committee should realize this is not a good idea. The deputy mayor as a committee member should know better and drop this idea.
