Cape May - The Cape May County on the surfer that was arrested for not displaying his/her beach tag. As commented by others, I too have lived here all my life, and I refuse to pay a "tax" to use my beach. People in this state and country have had enough of the greedy politicians at every level "raping" our wallets. "FED UP".
