Cape May - A Cape May City Councilman pleaded guilty in Superior Court to stalking a former girlfriend and contempt of court and may serve additional jail time. Most surprising is that he apparently cannot be removed or forced out of office. The guy is (or will be) a convicted criminal and you mean to tell me he can't be fired. He also said in court that: “I have come to a point in my life where I’ve been given the opportunity to examine my behaviors and actions and, more importantly, change them in a positive manner." The guy is 43 years old and he's just now examining his criminal behavior.
