Cape May - Cape May citizens should take a look down the 800 block of Washington St. Yes, that entire lot is being covered by buildings right in a contributing area of historical homes, whose homeowners have spent time and money to keep their houses up to historical perfection. Where was the almighty HPC (Historic Preservation Commission) when this was approved? Money must have talked and historical preservation took a hike. Cape May City Council and city management let us down.
