Cape May - Candidate Lear wants to be mayor. Why? He rarely attends city meetings and knows nothing about city codes and ordinances, or city boards, commissions and committee functions. For 37 years he was a police officer, an authorized gun-toting enforcer of laws. Have you ever heard him speak up at a meeting, author suggestions or make constructive comments on the important issues? Do not be mislead, he is a front for the wannabes who have an unknown agenda. We the vested residents and voters need to retain our current, experienced, intelligent, successful leadership.
