Cape May - Can’t believe the lady is so informed on all things related to Cape May. Glad she has the answers to boating and allowing the beach patrol to possibly use the Carolina skiff for patrolling the beach. The purchase of that boat is safety and rescue purposes. Not harbor master or other departments. As a former patroller in that vessel I suggest she stick to land bound decisions. Maybe she can get that right.
